Organizational culture determines the success or failure of all interventions, yet there is no intervention that directly changes organizational culture. This session takes an HPI perspective on organizational culture, examines what it is, why it is especially relevant to how performance consultants work, and provides seven easy methods for assessing organizational culture from a performance perspective.
