Increase the quality and value of your programs through powerful reflective learning. There's more to processing learning than sitting in a circle, asking questions, and talking about what happened. Processing helps learners make connections between their educational experiences and real life. It helps team members realize they can apply lessons and new skills in such real-life situations as resolving a conflict with co-workers or evaluating how a group works together. Processing helps create purpose, meaning, and focus of an activity, and helps learners take advantage of teachable moments. The speaker will introduce you to more than 20 different debriefing tools that are simple and easy to use. These processing activities will help you get your participants to take responsibility and ownership for their experiences and transfer those experiences to real-life situations.
