This session will cover the Career Development/Laddering as a way to engage employees in a continuous self-development program that will produce these important payoffs: · Build a high-performance organizational culture by encouraging learning, sharing and innovation thus increasing skills, knowledge, and abilities to reach business goals · Build capacity by accelerating the pace that employees increase competencies in current roles and develop for future roles · Retain talent by promoting a higher level of involvement and engagement Using the case study that has increased employee engagement by 200%, the facilitator will lead the group through several exercises centered on the importance of obtaining and building upper-level management support for the development of the program, linking learning and performance, using training as a competitive advantage, connecting competency profiles with development plans, and optimizing the functions of the corporate LMS.
