Most large organizations struggle with the roles of the central Learning function and the ?field? learning function. Often, there is costly duplication even though there are not enough resources to meet all critical Learning needs. In this session the presenters will describe an award-winning practice in which the central and field learning functions partnered with each other and with learning suppliers to select the best practices and reduce duplication. This effort, which involved instructor-led training, e-Learning, learning systems, and supplier partnerships, saved the organization over $30 million each year. These funds were made available for additional learning activities. \x0D\x0A \x0D\x0ALearning Objectives - Use best practices in your own initiatives \x0D\x0A
