A brief Powerpoint presentation will be used to illustrate the Kohler Co. model and approach. I plan to allocate the first 15 minutes of the time to explaining the model. This will largely be a one-way presentation, but I am very open to questions throughout. There will also be a handout with the model. The balance of the session will be much more of an interactive approach---similar to a round-table discussion---in which questions and thoughts can be fielded from the participants. I will have a job aid in addition to the handout that participants can take with them in order for subsequent thought and discussion with teammates.
