1. Introduction - present session topic and learning objectives. 2. A 7-minute video clip (with English sub-titles) showing a first hand account of the mentoring program – participants' personal experience, process of development, etc. 3. Case study – present very short summary of the program principles and work process. 4. Provide handout with the Mentoring Paths table, which includes for each path its target populations/situations (on boarding, assuming new role, organizational change, personal need, leadership development), expected outcomes, mentoring approaches and mentor profiles. Discuss shortly. 5. Mention shortly a tool for matching mentor to mentee. 6. Provide handouts with short scripts for a mentoring session based on three mentoring approaches – shadowing, appreciative inquiry and the mirror room. Role play with the scripts. Debrief, discuss and emphasize the need for matching the right approach to the specific mentoring need. 7. Q&A and conclusions.
