An interactive, participative delivery method will be used, with demos of how training assessment automation tools work, with practical user friendly templates (handouts) on how to begin developing and implementing a measurement strategy which incorporates lessons learned and best practices gleaned from a number of prominent organizations that have successfully implemented measurement plans. Attendees will receive toolkits in the form of handouts which are templated roadmaps for implementing a measurement system; the handouts have step by step guidance to begin to develop the training measurement system, with example documents of change management and communications. During the session, the speakers will model how to use the template, and will solicit participation from the audience to walk through the roadmap for their organizations. Role playing "mock" presentations in a senior executive boardroom scenario will be held which involves the audience, highlighting the typical objections and concerns of senior executives and how to elegantly educate senior leader on how learning ROI should be evaluated today. The session is intended to be as fun and humorous as it is informative. Attendees will be given the opportunity to interact, ask questions, share experience.
