The session is designed using, among others, methodologies such as Active Learning, Experiential Learning, Creative Training Techniques and Accelerate Learning. The relevant and practical content is translated into action with highly interactive written and conversational exercises that stimulate different perception channels, learning styles, brain cortexes and intelligences, creating in the learner the commitment and openness needed for the success of the session. Some real cases of learning experiences from Europe, Africa, Asia and America are shown to highlight key parts of the content. Free-copyright selected music is used to harmonize and activate the critical parts of the experience. Some of the exercises extract personal examples from the learners in order to take advantage of their own experiences. The links between the modules have been very well designed, so the learners perceive the transitions as part of a harmonic and well structured process. The handouts are designed as a workbook, so the learners feel they are constructing them by themselves. The slides are elaborated using the latest software available, following the basic rules of design. In the main phases of the session short moments of reflection are provided to make sure that the content makes sense to the learner. The opening, delivery and closing area designed to be dynamic in order to attract attention, create interest and motivate to action.
