Room set-up: Preference is small groups at tables but traditional classroom will work. The delivery method consists of traditional presentation coupled with question and answer technique and small group discussion on two issues: (1) How to construct the right questions to ask in an interview and (2) How to match learning objectives to delivery methods. The following outline is representative of the presentation plan. I. Session Welcome (10 minutes) a. Introduction b. Session Objectives c. KWL (Know, Want to Know, Learned) Interaction i. What do participants know ii. What do participants want to know iii. What did participants learn II. Presentation – Discussion (55 minutes) a. The problem ? critical business need, short time to succeed b. The audience ? global, diverse c. Systematic Approach i.
