If we keep challenging personal performance objectives by repeatedly asking Why?, we'll eventually end up with the statement: To become happier. So why not bypass the intermediate steps and train you how to be happier? This session will provide you with a set of activities that will increase your level of happiness in a sustainable fashion. Based on years of review, research, coaching, and training, the speakers will address the definition of happiness; three types of happiness and how to objectively measure them; factors that influence levels of happiness; a formula that connects your current level of happiness to your past, present, and the future; and a formula that connects your level of happiness to your heredity, current circumstances, and things that are under your control. These activities have produced measurable results with thousands of participants. You can prove it for yourself by using the measuring instruments to monitor what is happening to your levels of happiness. An up-to-date list of resources (including free web resources) will enable you to continue your pursuit of happiness for many years to come.
