SESSION ABSTRACT: A tool and methodology for predicting the impact of T&D interventions on knowledge team effectiveness will be presented which enables T&D Managers to target their programs in the areas that will have the greatest impact on team performance and provides a rigorous justification for investment in LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Describe and present a model of knowledge team effectiveness that is convincing to data-driven professionals and technical specialists. Prepare a strategy for assessing the effectiveness of knowledge teams in their organizations and to select the most appropriate training and development interventions. Predict the impact on team performance of the selected interventions.
