Four years ago, Broward County, Florida established Broward County Facilitators, an internal consultant group, to assist the organization in addressing changing community issues, rapid growth and limited resources. Learn how Broward benefits from an internal facilitation team which designs tailored sessions delivering organizational assessment, shared vision/mission building, strategic planning/strategy briefs, action/project planning, paradigm wave analysis, organizational mapping, root cause analysis, teambuilding, thought galleries, appreciative inquiry and other facilitation services.
