Making a solid, credible business case is a critical skill for everyone in the workplace learning and performance industry. In this session, the speaker answers the question "What goes into a good business case?" You'll learn a structure for making the business case, the types of data that must be there to support your case, and examples of how this type of data has been used. Because it is impossible to make a great business case without a solid understanding of the numbers, this session will discuss the value of evaluation and measurement in making an individual, organizational, or holistic business case, and will give you foundation information to apply back on the job. Learning Objectives - Construct your own business case using basic business case structure. Create a program level business case outline that also covers organizational and holistic business cases. Apply five key evaluation and measurement elements critical to your creditability when making a business case.
