In this session, the speaker will take you on an exploration of the following six ways to help you, and those you serve, find greater joy and productivity at work: Be Home; Follow Your Passion; Create Your Own Reality; Get Out of Your Own Way; Foster Your Interdependence; and Be Yourself. You also will examine three critical practices that leaders use to create high-passion and high-performance work environments. You will receive a short self-assessment questionnaire to assess where you and your organization stand and identify priorities for action.
