Traditional instructional design provides a good learning structure but may leave learners less than engaged-especially in e-learning. In this session, you will experience a model for creative, collaborative design that will help you discover new approaches for e-learning that evoke emotion and engage learners. The speaker will tell you how the American Red Cross and the Office of Domestic Preparedness applied this model, and you will learn how to generate more creative ideas, use templates to quickly turn ideas into innovative practice, and establish better partnerships with clients and vendors. You will practice this model in the session and receive tools for applying it in your own organization. Learning Objectives - Generate more creative ideas. Use templates to quickly turn ideas into innovative practice. Establish better partnerships with clients and vendors.
