Learn how an innovative program has helped managers run quality projects that act as a catalyst for widespread cultural change. Here's the recipe: INGREDIENTS: Action learning, just-in-time training, one-on-one coaching, and a dash of motivational theory. METHOD: Combine ingredients gradually with training for first-level managers. Follow the five stages of Six Sigma and use some essential Six Sigma tools. RESULT: Each participant and his or her team will complete a quality project over three months. The staff at all levels will have a greater understanding of their customers and their internal processes. They will develop a can-do attitude. In this session, the speakers will use case studies and interactive exercises to show how this recipe has been used successfully in organizations as culturally diverse as a multi-national bank and a regional hospital. With this recipe, you can have your cake and eat it too-one bite at a time.
