Straight executive sponsors for Gay Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender (GLBT) business groups from four major corporations will conduct a panel discussion about how their employees built a business case to institute GLBT learning and HR initiatives. The panel will cover four areas: employees, community, shareholders, and customers; you also will learn how these four corporations handled GLBT issues. Learning Objectives - Examine actions taken by four major corporations on GLBT initiatives. Plan what parts of theses strategies you will use in your company. Assess the needs of your GLBT employees through analysis of what did and did not work with these key executives.
