Teamwork is changing. Teams now must operate in a virtual world, at least some of the time. They often are inter-generational, horizontal, and/or self-directed. The opportunities for miscommunication, misunderstanding, and the occasional conflict are many and varied. In this session, the speakers will outline a framework of essential competencies for virtual teamwork, as well as tools to enhance team learning and performance.
