Significant changes have occurred since the emergence of the knowledge economy, demanding a recast of many of the roles of leaders. Today's leaders work, lead staff, and engage customers all over the globe. Leaders must understand how to be successful in the global arena. This requires blending cultural definitions of leadership with multiple geographic influences. This session provides practical insights gathered, in partnership with ASTD, from hundreds of leaders who have lived and worked in more than 60 different countries.
