This project evolved from a totally irrelevant training want" into a complex set of performance solutions, which helped to improve substantially the sales levels and the cooperation between the sales, marketing, and HR and training departments. The speaker's focus is on using common sense and best practices to make performance-improvement efforts simple and workable.
