Additional research indicates that companies regularly using upward and peer feedback systems experience a decrease in shareholder value. What current research exists to support best practices in the administration and effectiveness of 360-degree feedback systems? The speaker will present current problems in using multi-rater interventions and provide practical answers and evidence-based solutions to ensure performance increases, based on current research of diverse uses of 360 feedback tools and systems."
