This session will be divided into two parts. In the first part, you will learn to evaluate and select an e-learning vendor after matching your organization's e-learning requirements with a vendor's capabilities and competencies. In the second part, you will learn how to formulate and apply processes and procedures to interact with your vendor, keeping in mind the project requirements. You should bring a current project to work with or one will be provided for the application portions.
