In modern organizations, what people choose to learn is more important than what they are trained to do - it is the application of effective learning that achieves business objectives. Organizations, therefore, need fully to consider the contribution of learning. Key questions to be explored in this session are: How well do we understand the link between learning, performance and business success? How much do we know about what motivates employees to learn? Are our interventions, which support learning, recognized and valued by all in the organization?
