ASTD and ISPI have affiliated to bring one certification to the performance improvement professionals they serve. This session will begin with identifying industry trends in training and performance consulting as documented in ASTD State of the Industry Report. An overview of the Standards of Performance Technology that serve as the basis for certification will then be presented. This will be followed by a detailed presentation of the CPT application process. All who are interested in learning more about applying for the CPT designation should attend. \x0D\x0A
